Superb hotel experience!
helpful staff convenient location clean room
The room was VERY clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly. I appreciated the helpful staff. The location was convenient in every way. The room had a speaker, so I could listen to music. The shower was also GOOD.
The payment of a $500 bond was demanded on arrival. This was actually charged, not just an imprint taken from the credit card. That was surprising.

The breakfast area included a coffee machine and seating for approximately 30 guests. The gym had three treadmills and two stationary bikes. These facilities are great.

Solid Stay in a Vibrant Area
helpful staff modern room good coffee
The staff was really helpful. Their smiles were always welcome. The room was modern, with dark shades. Good coffee was readily available. I appreciated that nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff, they were very accommodating.
I booked parking, but it was difficult to get into and out of the allocated space. It was a tight squeeze that caused some stress!

The hotel provided three elevators to assist guests in reaching their floors. one was out of service. This caused noticeable delays during peak times, so be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Breakfast options were available at a small café. A select list of items was offered. I noted that additional servings were not permitted. This limited the breakfast experience, particularly for those with larger appetites.

The location offers convenient access to dining options. A nearby metro station makes travelling very easy. A short walk will take you to several points of interest.

The room included blackout shades. The room's alarm clock had a wireless charger. Setting up Chromecast for movie streaming was very simple, and it worked perfectly.
